Orders successfully canceled before the product has departed CADE USA or its affiliates facilities, will be fully refund without a processing fee. Orders cancelled, refused, or returned after the product has shipped or departed the CADEUSA or their affiliates facilities will be charged a 25% restocking fee and associated freight fees.
